Today I want to talk about one of my favorite indulgences on the keto diet - ice cream! Yes, you read that right - I can still enjoy ice cream while following a ketogenic lifestyle. How, you ask? Well, let me introduce you to my secret ingredient: canned coconut milk!

Why Coconut Milk?

Coconut milk is not only incredibly delicious, but it is also a great source of healthy fats, making it the perfect base for a keto-friendly ice cream. Plus, it adds a rich and creamy texture that is just heavenly!
